I began my career in Hi-Tech, working as a system specialist for one of the largest news media companies in Israel: “Maariv”. Having had previous experience building websites and administering Linux, I took part in the development, and creation of www.nrg.co.il – a high traffic news and media portal. I virtually lived and breathed Linux for a few years.
After Maariv I decided to change my area a bit, and I got accepted into ICQ’s web team. Working with some of the best web specialists in Israel, I learned how to handle really (really) high traffic and how to build clean and fast web pages. I also learned how to design and develop dynamic UI on the web. While in ICQ, I worked with PHP, MySQL, SyBase, Flash, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Perl, and other kinds of Linux native technology.
Working as a web developer across the world, I aquired much experience and techniques to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
