Senior programmer for the “Web and Operations” department.

• Leading the development on all major web related projects, in PHP, JavaScript, and DHTML.
• Planning infrastructure, database architecure, application architecture, and some of the product design for ICQ’s upcoming web portal, which is due to launch in spring 2006.
• Responsible for the standardization of the code throughout the team members.
• Conducting frequent code reviews of all team members, and make sure that all the web developers follow the standards, thus raising the level of the programming on ICQ’s website, and making sure that there are no security flaws or possible exploits.
• Responsible for assigning tasks to team members, making sure they have all the necessary materials (PRD, Graphics, etc…)
• Responsible for handling all web related requests from businnes partners.
